Look For Eight- To 10-Week Road Closure In March

The Department of Public Works will soon move forward with the Bay Green Drive culvert repair and replacement project in Arnold. The project will consist of analyzing and designing a repair and reconstruction of approximately 125 linear feet of a 54-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and approximately 250 linear feet of 58-inch by 44-inch corrugated metal arch pipe that functions as a barrel pipe to a wet pond/lake upstream of Bay Green Drive of the Bay Hills community.

Weather permitting, work will begin by the end of February, and Bay Green Drive will need to be closed for approximately eight to 10 weeks in mid-March or early April. Variable message boards will be set up a few weeks in advance to officially announce the closing.
